SHOW RULES
1. All classes are open to amateur exhibitors only.
2. All exhibitors shall provide their own equipment and no liability will be accepted for loss/damage to exhibits and/or equipment.
3. Exhibits will be accepted from 9.00 a.m. and must be ready for judging by 10.30 a.m., at which time all persons must leave the hall unless their presence is required in an official capacity.
4. If a member is awarded more than one place in a class, then points will be awarded only for the highest placed exhibit.
5. All entries shall be entered and produced by individual exhibitors.
6. There will be no re-en try to the Hall for additional exhibits.
7. The judges may withhold awards when exhibits are considered not to have reached reasonable Show standards.
8. Exhibits must not be removed before 4.00 p.m.
9. Entry forms (no exhibits) to be sent to Mr Derek Latchford, 48 Lode Road, Bottisham, on or before Thursday 2 September 2010. Late entries may be accepted up to 9.30 a.m. on Show day and will be charged at £1 per exhibit. Entry fees are shown at the foot of this page.
10. Trophy points will be awarded to MEMBERS as follows:
1st - three points 2nd - two points 3rd - one point
11. Non-members who win trophy events will receive a shield (to be held for one year).
12. All matters not covered by these rules shall be referred to the Committee for a final decision.
ENTRY FEES
Members: First 5 entries free. Thereafter, 50p per exhibit. Maximum payment is £5, irrespective of the number of exhibits.
Non-Members: 50p per exhibit. Maximum payment is £5 irrespective of the number of exhibits.
Children: Free
Late entries: Late entries will be accepted up to 9.30 a.m. on the day of the show at a charge of £1 per entry.
